1. Modular Structure vs. Comprehensive Course
Q. If I purchase the comprehensive course, how much overlap is there between modules? Will each module build on the previous one, or are they more standalone in nature?
A. Each module is designed to be standalone and to provide value as an individual class. The comprehensive course includes all 9 modules and provides a cost savings when booked as an all-encompassing academy experience. The comprehensive course will be tailored so as not to be repetitive or duplicative across modules.
Q. Are there any prerequisites for certain modules? For example, should Module 1 (Foundations) be completed before diving into Modules 2 or 3?
A. No, there are no prerequisites for any of the modules. Each module can be taken independently. However there are many interconnections between each module and taking more than one module offers deeper opportunity to grasp the concepts and link them together!
2. Hands-On and Practical Aspects
Q. To what extent will participants actually get hands-on experience during the training? For example, in Module 2 (Automating Data Analysis and Reporting), will we have access to specific AI tools, or is it more of a demonstration?
A. Participants will be asked to have the company-preferred AI platform of choice (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Grok) available for use during the class. Synthetic datasets will be provided for hands-on work in some classes. Free versions of some AI tools will also be accessed by participants during some classes.
Q. How technical are the exercises? Will non-technical marketers feel overwhelmed?
A. The exercises and classes are not technical but geared towards marketers who are proficient with core marketing concepts. There is no coding involved!
3. Customization and Relevance to Franchise Marketing
Q. How are these modules customized for franchise-specific challenges? Are the examples and case studies drawn from real franchise marketing scenarios, or are they more general?
A. The content is specifically tailored to multi-location franchise brands using examples and solving challenges that are commonly faced by franchise marketers! Scenarios and examples will be synthetic or hypothetical but mimic real life situations.
Q. Can you give examples of the kinds of creative asset generation covered in Module 3? Is it mostly about generating ad variations or deeper personalization?
A. It will cover image generation using seed images and brand guidelines as well as copy variations for the images and how to personalize these aspects at scale for regional and local activation. The importance of Human In The Loop will be emphasized throughout.
4. Expected Outcomes and Implementation
Q. What kind of deliverables or actionable outputs will my team walk away with after each module? Will they have templates or playbooks to implement AI practices in our franchise operations?
A. Each module has a takeaway package containing templates, toolkits, checklists or playbooks encompassing the material that was covered during the class and designed to be a valuable reference for ongoing use by participants as they apply their learnings in the real world.
Q. Will there be any follow-up support or access to resources after the training ends?
A. Vera plans to start a Slack channel where participants of Marketing Mindshift can ask questions, collaborate and learn from each other!
5. Pricing and Group Discounts
Q. Can you clarify what the group discount entails? Is it based on the number of participants or a flat rate for bulk purchases?
A. Group discounts apply for teams of 5 or more. Please contact Vera for custom pricing based on your team size.
Q. Is there an option for corporate licensing or ongoing training for new hires?
A. Not currently but it is something that may be offered in the future.
